About Me

Yunus Sevğane

I am a project manager with a software engineering background. I want to work as a project lead / team captain on artificial intelligence (AI) projects; the roles I am open to are Head of AI, AI Program Director and CTO-level remote C-level positions. I have managed web, mobile, AI and information-security/ISO compliance projects from discovery to maintenance. Because I come from software development, I speak the same language as the technical team and weigh scope, budget and risk against technical reality. I apply sound software engineering principles across frontend, backend, DevOps and AI development. Since 2025, training in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, digital forensics and ISO management-system auditing has carried this perspective into information security and AI governance.

My remote work experience

I have worked remotely on projects in Canada, Dubai (UAE) and Germany. I am used to working across time zones; with written and recorded communication, a shared task board and clear decision records I try to let teams move ahead without waiting on each other. I do not list company names or durations here; I am happy to share details in a conversation.

I have built more than 200 corporate websites, over 3 marketplace integrations and more than 10 mobile apps. On many private projects I took responsibility for infrastructure development and team building.

My mission

To contribute to scalable, secure and efficient solutions in AI, web and mobile — on every project, first understanding the need, then building the simplest sustainable solution. I treat software not just as a product that works, but as a system that is secure, maintainable and able to grow over time. That is why I factor information-security and quality-management principles in from the very start.

My vision

To be a trusted project lead who carries AI teams from goal to delivery and thinks about software development, security and governance together. AI agent processes and LLM-based systems are rapidly changing how businesses work; I want to meet that change with a security and management-systems perspective, at the head of a remotely working team. Every year I keep studying a new area of expertise.
