What people ask before we work together

Below I have collected what people usually wonder before working with a project lead or talking about a remote AI role: working remotely and across time zones, the roles I am open to, AI governance, working models, methods and how to get a proposal. What people ask before we work together: remote work, the roles I am looking for, AI governance and working models.

AI projects (AI agents, LLM RAG, fine-tuning), websites and portals, mobile apps, marketplace and system integrations, infrastructure/DevOps work and compliance projects such as ISO 27001/42001. Since 2014 I have delivered more than 200 corporate websites, over 10 mobile apps and more than 3 marketplace integrations.
Yes. I have worked remotely on projects in Canada, Dubai (UAE) and Germany. I am used to working across time zones: we agree the communication rhythm, meeting times and decision records at the start of the project, and I lean on written, recorded communication. Where an in-person meeting is needed, we plan it.
I am open to remote C-level roles where I can work as a project lead / team captain on AI projects: Head of AI, AI Program Director or CTO level. I am not saying I hold these titles — I am saying which positions I am looking for; my experience is on the Résumé page. I am also open to project-based or fixed-term consulting.
As an independent professional I work project by project or as fixed-term consulting, and I can consider a longer-term remote role. If you have a different model in mind, I will listen to your proposal and we will choose the right one together in the intro call.
Yes. I run AI agent processes, LLM RAG applications and fine-tuning work as both a developer and a project manager. I address data privacy and authorization in the first phase, start with a small pilot and expand once the result is measured.
I completed the ISO/IEC 42001:2023 lead auditor course (2025). This perspective helps me define an AI system's purpose, owner, data source, risk and monitoring approach at the start of a project. It is not an organizational certification; it is personal training and hands-on experience.
I have completed lead auditor training in ISO/IEC 27001:2022, 42001:2023, 9001:2015 and 20000-1:2018. In compliance projects I can manage scope, risk and documentation planning. This does not mean an organizational certification; it is personal training and hands-on experience.
Because I have worked as a developer in frontend, backend, DevOps and AI processes, I can question a team's estimates, see risks early and make scope decisions grounded in technical reality.
I use an agile (Scrum) approach with short sprints, a prioritized backlog and a demo at the end of each sprint, and I track scope, budget and risk in writing. On tooling I adapt to your or your team's existing task board and communication channel.
Scope is tied to a written plan, change requests go for approval with their effect on schedule and budget, and planned versus actual is compared regularly. Risks are recorded, and each gets an owner and a mitigation.
