User Rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, anyone whose personal data is processed may exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller, Yunus Sevğane.

To learn whether your personal data is processed
To request information if it has been processed
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
To know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
To request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the Law
To request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
To object to an outcome against you that arises from analysis of the processed data solely by automated systems
To claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing

How to apply

In your application you need to state your identity and your request clearly. Applications are received via WhatsApp (+90 531 679 10 14) or the contact form. Your request is answered within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you keep the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board under the Law. For more detail see Personal Data and the Privacy Policy.
