Protection of Personal Data and Privacy Notice

This text has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to inform visitors of sevgane.com and people who contact me.

  • Request content: the project and need information you write in your message — to evaluate your request

Legal basis and transfer

Data is processed on the legal bases of carrying out your pre-contract request, fulfilling a legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where required, your explicit consent. It is not transferred to third parties except where legally required; correspondence you conduct on WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own terms.

Method of collection and your rights

Data is collected electronically through your visit to the site, the contact form and WhatsApp correspondence. The rights you hold under Article 11 of the KVKK are explained on the User Rights page.
