The kinds of projects I have run

On this page I describe only work verified by my documents: what I have done since 2014. I do not list client names, prices or unmeasured results; where needed I can share further information about the projects I worked on and the clients I served directly.

Corporate websites: 200+

My role: managing and developing the process from design to launch. Approach: tying content and design approvals to the calendar, building sites that are fast, accessible and search-friendly. Details: Web Development.

Mobile apps: 10+

My role: project management and development from idea to store release. Approach: releases planned with Flutter, React Native, Java and Swift, together with backend and Firebase integration. Details: Mobile App Development.

Marketplace integration projects: 3+

  • My role: project lead; defining and developing the integration scope.
  • Scope: product, stock, price and order flows.
  • Approach: error handling and retry mechanisms, verification with order and stock scenarios in a test environment, staged go-live.
  • Technology: Node.js and ASP; MongoDB, Redis and T-SQL.

Infrastructure and team building

On many private projects I took responsibility for infrastructure development and team building. The goal in this work is a structure that does not depend on one person and can be handed over. Details: DevOps and Infrastructure, Backend and System Architecture.

AI and information-security projects

I run work on AI agent processes, LLM RAG and fine-tuning, and projects aligned with ISO 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 management-system principles. Details: AI Projects, Information Security and ISO Compliance.
